Kass is bearish. Wien is bullish. Shiller is bearish. Pimco is chasing the "new normal". Rosenberg is bearish. These are all very smart people. Very smart. Whom do you believe?
What is my point? My point is that I am using the view of these pundits to create my own view. But in order to reach such conclusion it is important to have a mental process.
I hate to sound too complicated, but investing and reach a strategic plan is not easy.
