What am I watching?

I keep my eyes on the markets. Forget about what the Fed and what all the other politicians are saying. They have a terrible batting average with their forecasts and opinions.

Commodities, bonds, stocks.

Right now commodities are sinking. They have been declining since 2011. It is very difficult to expect a strong economy with commodities going south.

Bonds are firm. Especially when the market is weak.

Stocks will be going nowhere if yields decline.

I base my strategy on my indicators and these relationships.
